BottleNote Terms of Use

2. Welcome to BottleNote (hereinafter referred to as "this application"). This application is developed and operated by The Pepper Family LLC (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "developer"). By downloading, installing, accessing or using this application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms"). If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, please do not use this application.

BottleNote is a skincare product tracking and management application that helps you record skincare product usage, set skincare reminders, manage skincare data, and provide personalized skincare recommendations. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or terminate part or all of the services at any time.
5. Accounts and Security
6. 3.1 You may choose to register an account to use certain features. You should provide accurate, complete information and update it promptly.
7. 3.2 You are responsible for safeguarding your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. If you discover unauthorized use, please contact us immediately.
8. 3.3 Accounts are only used for identity verification when purchasing premium versions on iOS systems and do not store your skincare data.

• Use this application for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Upload, post or transmit any unlawful, harmful, infringing or inappropriate content
• Interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of this application, its servers or networks
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile or extract the source code of this application
• Copy, modify, distribute or commercially exploit any part of this application without permission

2. This application and all its content, features, trademarks, logos, interface designs and code are owned by The Pepper Family LLC or relevant rights holders and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy or distribute them without our written permission.
3. Paid Services
4. 6.1 This application may offer premium versions or paid features. Specific prices, features and usage periods are subject to in-app display.
5. 6.2 Purchases made through the Apple App Store are subject to Apple's relevant terms. Refund requests should follow Apple's refund policy.
6. 6.3 Unless required by law or otherwise stated by us, paid fees are non-refundable.
